At 65, mum-of-two and bikini fitness competitor Bobbi Parker Hall says she’s never looked or felt better, crediting her glow to a mix of strength training, self-care, and what she calls the best sex of her life.
After years of weight struggles, Bobbi turned her health around and now encourages other women to ditch age-related stereotypes and embrace confidence, both inside and out.
The Portland-based fitness coach says staying youthful isn’t just about diet and exercisethough she stresses the importance of maintaining muscle, eating well, and looking after your skin with scrubs and moisturisers.

For Bobbi, one major key to ageing well is intimacy. Happily married for seven years, she says her sex life with husband Dean has brought a sense of closeness that’s made her feel more alive than ever.

Sex doesn’t have to end at a certain age,” she said, adding that she now experiences multiple orgasms regularly, thanks to their deep connection.
Beyond the bedroom, Bobbi swears by spending time in nature, avoiding harsh chemicals, and keeping a strong mindset. She urges older women to reject limiting beliefs about ageing and to see themselves as fit and desirable at any stage.
Make peace with yourself a priority,” she said. “Be open to learning, growing, and doing the things you’ve always wanted to do.”

She believes ageing can be empowering rather than limiting, and says the discipline of staying fit has helped her emotionally recover from her divorce and become a more confident, fulfilled version of herself.
Her ultimate message: embrace your age, stay active, and never underestimate the power of passion physical, emotional, and personal.
