Kira Pregiato was a small-town college student training to be a physician assistant when a casual TikTok about her love for cologne unexpectedly went viral, hitting 20 million views.
The video launched her into internet stardom, and within a month, she’d earned $750,000. Realizing the potential, she leaned into content creation full-time, dropped out of school, and began building her brand.
Though hesitant at first, her parents eventually supported her decision, especially after she set clear boundaries.

What started on TikTok evolved into a highly lucrative career on OnlyFans, where Kira now earns between $400,000 and $500,000 each month. She bought her dream car but is otherwise focused on saving, investing, and giving back to her family.

Despite the wealth and fame, Kira says the lifestyle comes with downsides, including loneliness and feeling disconnected from old friends some of whom have admitted to being jealous or now subscribe to her content.
Still, she says the support from her parents and brother keeps her grounded. Looking ahead, she plans to travel, invest in real estate, and continue riding the wave of her unexpected success.
