Sienna Day, 34, from Newcastle, was studying religion and philosophy at university when she decided to take a completely different path.
“I loved the course,” she told NudeNewz. “But I felt like I was wasting years of my life going towards something I didn’t know what to do with. The only options were a nunnery or becoming a religious studies teacher.”
At the time, Sienna admits she was “quite promiscuous”, and it was her then-boyfriend who first suggested trying the adult industry.
“I did some research and found this YouTube channel from an agency in LA,” she said. “I just messaged them and said I was interested. They agreed to represent me if I came over, so that’s how it started.”
In 2013, she flew to America to film her first scenes and quickly made her mark. One of her earliest shoots was for Hustler.
“It was so intimidating,” she recalled. “There were loads of people on set, one director was good cop, the other bad cop. They asked if I could dance, I couldn’t! But it turned out gorgeous.”
Sienna went on to work across the world before joining OnlyFans in 2016, where she began producing and selling her own content.
She said: “Production is really fun, but OnlyFans is harder work. You’ve got to meet targets, create ideas and talk to fans every day. It’s high risk, high reward.”

Now, with over a decade in the business, Sienna says her success comes down to consistency and creativity.
“You have to go on every single day to stay active,” she explained. “I shoot in batches every few weeks, then feed out the content over time. But even on days off, you’re chatting to fans. It’s a full-time job.”
Despite her unconventional career, Sienna insists her family eventually came around, though not before a shocking moment early on.
“Someone once sent my mum a letter with a picture of me in a graphic scene,” she said. “It was typed and posted anonymously, like an old-school ransom note. We never found out who sent it.”
At first, her mother was upset. But as Sienna’s success grew, so did her family’s understanding.
“She’s fine about it now,” Sienna said. “They see the normal side of me. People think the industry is dark, but for me it’s just work, I’ve got a normal life and a good head on my shoulders.”
Now financially secure, Sienna has turned her success into a long-term business.
“I’ve got a financial advisor,” she said. “I invest in pensions and stocks. Property doesn’t interest me, I like low-maintenance things. When I was younger I spent my money on holidays, now I’m more sensible. My biggest advice? Get a good accountant.”
Looking back, she says she has no regrets, but would tell her younger self to be more selective.
“When you’re young, you do scenes even when you’re not ready – maybe you’re not feeling confident or you’ve had a bad hair day,” she said. “Now I only do what feels right. That’s experience.”
