A former biomedicine student turned adult content creator has revealed she once turned down a staggering $300,000 offer from a fan who wanted her to undergo plastic surgery.

The 27-year-old Brazilian influencer, known as Malelly, said the generous sum was offered by a follower obsessed with the idea of her getting breast implants but she’s adamant about staying completely natural.

With 145,000 Instagram followers and a growing fanbase, Malelly says she’s committed to embracing her imperfections and refuses to look like what she describes as an “AI-created woman.”

I used to want implants because I’d compare myself to others in my niche,” she told NeedToKnow. “But most of my followers actually curse at me when I bring it up. They want someone real not fake, not robotic.”

She said the pressure to conform to the usual adult industry look is strong, but her fans have made it clear they prefer her authenticity. “I find round implants beautiful, but I love my natural teardrop-shaped breasts. They’re amazing just the way they are.”

Malelly originally pursued a career in biomedicine before pivoting to adult modelling, which she says allows her to combine her love for science with content creation.

She uses her academic background to offer followers more than just visuals, sharing advice on sexual health and performance, including medication tips, guidance on libido issues, and insights into human sexual behaviour based on biomedical research.

“Keeping my body natural is essential to my brand,” she said. “I want to provide entertainment and education. My knowledge helps actors stay healthy, helps fans understand their own needs better, and adds more depth to the content I create.”

Despite financial temptations and industry expectations, Malelly is standing firm in her decision to stay surgery-free and she believes her fans value her more because of it.
