Brazilian influencer Sabrina Low has gone viral again after revealing she spent £15,700 ($20,000) on a cosmetic procedure to enlarge her vulva using hyaluronic acid.
Known for past stunts like dyeing her dog pink to match her outfits, the 23-year-old said she had always felt self-conscious about the size of her vulva and jumped at the chance to enhance it once she discovered it was possible.
“While many reduce their vaginal lips, I decided to enlarge them,” she told Nude Newz.

The 30-minute procedure, done under local anaesthesia, uses hyaluronic acid a substance naturally found in the body commonly used in facial fillers to add volume.

Sabrina described the recovery as smooth, with minor swelling that cleared within a week. She avoided sex and heavy activity during that time and said the results were worth it.
However, experts are urging caution. Dr Tunc Tiryaki, a consultant dermatologist at the Cadogan Clinic in London, warned of risks including infection, allergic reactions, asymmetry and the possibility of lumps.
He said results are temporary and may require maintenance, suggesting fat transfer as a more natural, longer-lasting alternative.
While he acknowledges hyaluronic acid offers a less invasive option, he stressed the importance of understanding the potential complications.
Ultimately, he said, the most important outcome is that individuals feel more confident and comfortable in their own bodies.
