Sex influencer Ana Nello, who’s built a following of over 1.2 million, is pulling back the curtain on what women really want from men in bed and what many are still getting wrong.

The 28-year-old Miami-based content creator runs a podcast called What’s Her, where she invites fellow adult industry stars to share stories, sex advice, and uncensored insight into what actually works in the bedroom.

Ana sees herself as a modern-day Jean Milburn the sex therapist character from Sex Education and believes men, in particular, are falling short because they’re either intimidated or too insecure to adapt to sexually confident women.

She says women’s growing independence, financial stability, and success are reshaping gender dynamics, and it’s leaving some men unsure of how to respond.

We no longer need men in the same way even in bed and that hurts their ego,” Ana explained. “But if they’d just take the feedback, sex could be better for both sides.”

She says the podcast offers unfiltered lessons directly from the women themselve like watching porn, but educational. And her message to men is clear: focus less on dominance and more on listening.

According to Ana, the number one mistake guys make is misunderstanding how to approach the clitoris. It’s not just about remembering it exists it’s about learning how to touch it, and more importantly, asking what feels good for that specific partner.

She also says men need to stop rushing straight to their own pleasure and learn to prioritise their partner’s. “Go down on her before asking for a blowjob,” Ana said. “And don’t be afraid of toys bring them into the bedroom.”

Her advice extends beyond sex too. In non-casual relationships, she says emotional effort matters just as much: compliments, dates, and meaningful gestures all go a long way in turning a woman on.

Ana, who personally prefers dominant men and has a soft spot for a good beard, launched her podcast after a conversation with friends about their wildest sex stories.

That chat turned into the concept for What’s Her, which now mixes behind-the-scenes content with street interviews that let creators open up in ways they usually can’t on adult platforms.

Her goal? To make sex education entertaining and relatable, especially for people outside the industry who might still believe the myths they’ve picked up from porn.
