Neyleen Ashley, once widely known for having the “biggest breasts in the US,” is opening up about her decision to reverse years of extreme cosmetic surgery and embrace her natural body.
The 34-year-old model and mum-of-two recently had her breast implants removed and underwent two BBL reversals after undergoing a total of seven surgeries over the years many of which, she now admits, were driven by insecurity and pressure from past relationships.
Sharing her experience on TikTok (@notneyleenashley), Neyleen revealed that she first got breast implants at just 18, but the procedure was botched, leaving her with asymmetrical breasts.

She later upgraded to 650cc implants, which she said felt right for her body at the time.
That changed when she began dating someone obsessed with large breasts, which pushed her to get the largest legal implants available in the US 800cc saline implants overfilled to a staggering 1,250cc.
“Even then, I still didn’t feel good enough,” she said, explaining how her body kept changing, especially after becoming pregnant.
The weight gain and hormonal shifts during pregnancy led to more surgeries, eventually spiraling into a cycle of constant physical changes.
By 2017, she had also opted for a Brazilian Butt Lift, spending $5,000 while awake during the procedure. But dissatisfaction persisted, and two years later she had another BBL, costing $6,000, to add even more volume.
However, it was a nose job gone wrong that served as her wake-up call. After being approached by a surgeon offering a free rhinoplasty in exchange for social media promotion, Neyleen agreed but the results were far from what she’d hoped.
Her nose ended up visibly crooked, and her septum was damaged to the point she now struggles to breathe and constantly experiences clear nasal discharge.
“It was the worst decision I ever made in my life,” she said. That surgery made her take stock of just how many procedures she had undergone that she never truly needed. “The nose, the giant implants, the BBLs it was all too much.”
Despite many of the surgeries being part of collaborations, Neyleen estimates she’s spent around $15,000 on procedures in total.
Reflecting on the pressure to stand out online, she said, “Back then it was the Kardashian era. It was all about shock value and going big for social media growth.”
Now, she’s choosing transparency. She’s had her implants removed and her BBLs reversed, and she’s sharing her story to encourage others to think more critically about body image and plastic surgery.
Her raw honesty has earned praise online, with TikTok users thanking her for speaking out. “This is so nice of you to make this honest video,” wrote one follower, while another said, “I needed this. Thank you for being so vulnerable.”
Neyleen says she’s finally reclaiming her confidence. “It feels empowering to be able to go through this journey and talk about it with honesty. Hopefully I’m able to help someone think twice before they go under the knife.”
