A former Playboy model has traded glamour for grit as she chases her ultimate goal of becoming the next Ms Olympia regardless of whether her muscular physique turns men off.
Suzy Cortez, a 30-year-old fitness influencer from São Paulo, Brazil, has swapped racy online content for a rigorous bodybuilding lifestyle, and says she’s never been more focused.
With 1.5 million followers on Instagram (@suzyacortez), Suzy is now fully committed to her new path, following a gruelling training and nutrition plan tailored for the “wellness” category in competitive bodybuilding.

My entire routine is built around this 24 hours a day,” she told NudePR.com. “I start with fasted cardio, then eat, train, stretch, and get facial massages for recovery. Every detail matters.”

Her diet includes seven meals daily, packed with rice, chicken, green salad, bananas, oats, supplements, and custom vitamin blends to boost muscle growth. She also ensures eight hours of sleep to aid recovery.
My training sessions last 90 minutes with heavy loads and high intensity. I’m currently squatting 200kg and leg pressing 500kg,” she said.
Suzy, a self-confessed Arnold Schwarzenegger fan, hopes to hit the stage within six months. Despite being proud of her transformation, she admits her powerful build isn’t for everyone.

Yes, I’m big,” she said. “And honestly, my muscles have turned men off before. They’re not used to a woman this size.”
But it’s not just men who react. Suzy says she also deals with judgment and jealousy from other women, particularly in the gym, claiming she’s faced “hot woman phobia” and behind-the-back gossip.

Still, she’s undeterred and focused solely on the prize. “People talk but I’m not here for their approval,” she said. “I’m here to win.”
