Teen model Summer Iris went from surviving on food stamps to earning £480,000 a year on OnlyFans, a transformation that’s allowed her to pay off her mum’s debt, buy her a home, and plan a Caribbean cruise.

The 19-year-old, who now lives in the influencer-packed ‘Bop House’ with seven other adult creators, joined the platform just a year ago with the goal of funding a neuroscience degree.

But her account blew up faster than expected, prompting her to hit pause on med school and focus on building a career online.

“We grew up with very little. Clothes were always hand-me-downs,” said Summer, who has 877,000 followers on Instagram (@imsummerxiris).

I started this to support my family and pay for school, but I never expected it to become this big. When I paid off my mum’s debt, she cried. I surprised her at Christmas and also bought her a house. She’s never even left the U.S., so I’m taking her on her first trip soon.”

Originally from North Carolina, Summer has now purchased her mum a £240,000 three-bed home, covered her £4,000 debt, and is planning to cover her dad’s medical insurance due to ongoing health issues.

Though grateful, her parents have mixed feelings about her adult content career. “My dad thinks I took the easy route and they were disappointed I stepped away from education,” she admitted. “I felt guilty they found out through TikTok, but I never expected it to go this far.”

Despite their concerns, Summer says they continue to support her emotionally. “My mum doesn’t love where the money comes from, but she’s thankful I’m financially stable.”

Summer hasn’t just helped her family she’s also treating herself. She bought a £520,000 four-bedroom home in Florida, an £80,000 Porsche, and even invested £4,800 in braces.

While her OnlyFans success has completely changed her life, she still plans to return to school in the future. “Medical school is still the goal,” she said. “But now I want to make sure I can support my family for life first.”
