Sophie Rain, a 20-year-old millionaire OnlyFans star, has revealed she’s now financially supporting both her parents claiming her racy career got them fired from their jobs.
The adult content creator, who says she’s earned over $80 million in just two years, spoke candidly about the guilt she feels over the fallout her fame has had on her family.
Sophie, who boasts 7.6 million Instagram followers under @sophieraiin, says her parents were dismissed from their jobs after their employers found out about her connection to OnlyFans, despite them having no involvement in her work.

They both got fired because of me,” she said on the Bangin’ Out podcast, hosted by Kayla Malecc and Jacob Sartorius. “They don’t associate with OnlyFans, but that didn’t matter. I feel a little bit of guilt in that, so I’m supporting them completely now.”

Her parents had worked in religious settings and raised Sophie in a conservative, faith-driven household. But once word spread in their community about her adult content career, Sophie says their employers cut ties.
The church-linked organisation they worked for allegedly stated they would not be connected to anyone affiliated with the platform.

Following the backlash and her departure from viral creator house the Bop House, Sophie has since returned to her roots. She’s now moved back to Florida, purchasing 20 acres of land about 30 minutes from her hometown to be closer to her family.
Though she’s one of the highest-earning adult creators in the world, Sophie says her past still lingers when she’s out and about. “I wasn’t really popular in school,” she said. “But now I can’t go anywhere without people from high school stopping me like, ‘Oh my god, what are you doing now?’”

Some recognise her from TikTok or past collaborations, often bringing up her viral content with other creators. “They’ll say, ‘I see you on TikTok with Camilla,’ and I’m like, ‘Ahh,’” she laughed.
Despite the fame, fortune, and attention, Sophie admits the cost of her success hasn’t been without consequence. Supporting her parents financially is something she takes seriously not just as a gesture of gratitude, but as a response to a situation she never intended to cause.
