Playboy model and OnlyFans star Kayla Kayden has volunteered to be the first person to receive Elon Musk’s Neuralink brain chip, saying she’s ready to become a hybrid human.
Known for her past stunts including a viral 24-hour “instant boob job” using saltwater injections the 35-year-old is now setting her sights on futuristic tech, calling the brain chip “Botox for the brain.”
Kayla, who lives in Las Vegas and has over 417,000 Instagram followers, believes the implant could dramatically upgrade her life, enhancing everything from mental sharpness to everyday efficiency.

Musk’s Neuralink project, founded in 2016, aims to create a seamless brain-computer interface, with long-term hopes of curing neurological conditions and boosting human cognition.
For Kayla, the potential is personal. She says she’s legally blind with severe astigmatism and has relied on glasses and contacts from a young age.

She estimates the full procedure could cost around $10,500, though as a test subject she believes she might be able to get it for free.

Kayla has never shied away from experimental procedures. Back in 2022, she made headlines for trying out a saltwater breast enhancement that lasts just 24 hours.
The treatment, which costs around $750 and can be done at home by a trained surgeon, involves injecting saline into the breast tissue to temporarily boost size.
