Teen influencer Sophie Rain has gone from minimum-wage waitress to millionaire content creator and she’s using her success to change her family’s life.
The 19-year-old, who has 11 million followers and lives in Tampa, Florida, recently paid off her parents’ $15,000 property tax debt, surprising them with the gift that left her father in tears.
She’s also bought them a new car and fridge, and says they no longer have to live paycheque-to-paycheque.
Raised on food stamps in Miami, Sophie started working at 17 to help her struggling family.

Just a year later, with help from her sister Sierra also an influencer with 3 million followers Sophie’s content went viral and her income exploded.
Now, she owns three luxury cars worth $750,000, drops tens of thousands on clothes and dinners, and lives in a $10,000-a-month flat, but says she still can’t believe it’s real. “I’m still waiting to wake up from a dream,” she said.

Despite the glam lifestyle, Sophie puts 70% of her income into savings and uses much of the rest to support her family.
She says her motivation has always been to help her parents and siblings, and seeing them struggle growing up made a lasting impact.

Currently house hunting in Miami with a $2.5 million budget, she also plans to surprise her parents by buying them a new home once they find one they love.
“They have no idea,” she said. “I can’t wait to surprise them.”
