Carla Bellucci, a 44-year-old mother-of-four from Hertfordshire, says she’s experiencing an overwhelming surge in attention from much younger men including, awkwardly, those who are dating her own 20-year-old daughter.
The self proclaimed MILF says the interest in her hasn’t waned with age in fact, she insists it’s only intensified since hitting her 40s, creating a rather uncomfortable dynamic at home.
According to Carla, it’s become so predictable that her daughter Tanisha now actively avoids revealing their relationship when meeting someone new.
It drives her insane,” Carla said, claiming that many of the men Tanisha dates end up directing their attention toward her instead. “She doesn’t mention who I am for as long as she can because she knows they’ll end up flirting with me,” she explained, adding that it’s started to take a toll on Tanisha’s romantic life.
The mum says her daughter frequently comes home from dates with tales of how much of the conversation revolved around Carla, despite Tanisha being “gorgeous, young, and fresh.” “I’m a 44-year-old mum-of-four,” Carla said in disbelief. “But they tell her I’m a total MILF – which doesn’t go down too well.”
Carla says the situation has become so uncomfortable that Tanisha dreads bringing any romantic interests home, fearing they’ll be more interested in grabbing a drink with her mother than getting to know her. “It’s very awkward,” Carla admitted. “These boys clearly have some older woman fantasy they’re trying to live out.”
Taking a swipe at her daughter’s generation, Carla suggested that many younger women “all look like middle aged women” now, claiming they don’t take proper care of themselves. “It’s sad to see,” she said. “Guys just want to chat, flirt and have fun and somehow, they think I’m the one for the job.”
But it’s not just Tanisha’s suitors showing interest. Carla says she’s regularly approached by younger men while out and about in everyday settings, from cafes to supermarkets often while she’s with her three year old daughter.
It tends to be men aged between 19 and 25,” she said. “They’ve been hitting on me since I was in my late 20s, but as I’ve gotten older, the attention has become crazy.”
Carla credits her physique and attitude for the magnetic pull she seems to have over younger men. She stays in shape, keeps up with beauty treatments like Botox, and describes herself as “very young in my ways.”
She’s also not shy about offering advice to her daughter, telling Tanisha she needs to bring out her personality, maintain her appearance, and master the art of good conversation if she wants to compete in today’s dating world.
“There’s so much competition out there,” Carla said. “You have to be on top of your game. Men just want a fun, attractive girl with good morals and a great personality – like me.”
