Annie Charlotte, a 24-year-old OnlyFans model from Surrey, has gone viral for revealing she was born with two fully functional uteruses and cervixes and how she and her boyfriend have set a unique boundary because of it.
Diagnosed with uterus didelphys at 16 while getting a contraceptive coil fitted, Annie later learned her rare condition meant she could technically conceive two babies at the same time with two different partners and has two periods each month.
Now earning over £1 million through her adult content, Annie says she and her partner, whom she met in February, have agreed to keep things clear: “one vagina is for work, and the other is for him.”

She explained her boyfriend was surprised when he found out about her condition but quickly became supportive and curious, ultimately suggesting the rule himself. Annie credits his understanding as key to their strong relationship.
While she’s now confident and fully embraces her anatomy, Annie admits it wasn’t always easy. At the time of diagnosis, she was a teenager just beginning to explore her identity and found the medical news overwhelming.
She was told having children could be risky and may involve miscarriages, hospital visits, and premature C-sections. The idea left her fearful of motherhood and reluctant to share her diagnosis for years.
Eventually, while studying philosophy and religion at university, Annie began to open up and even used her condition as a conversation starter.
Shifting her mindset, she stopped viewing it as a problem and instead embraced it as something that made her unique. Now, she proudly uses it as a standout feature in her work and says she’s never felt more confident.
